CMC Edwards Housing
Expanding Housing Opportunities at the CMC Edwards Campus
In 2022, the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority (ECHDA) partnered with Colorado Mountain College (CMC) to address the growing need for housing in Eagle County. Together, they developed modern, centrally located housing at the CMC Edwards Campus to support students, faculty, staff, and the local workforce.
The initiative now includes three residential buildings totaling 102 units, representing a significant investment in community housing for Eagle County.
CMC Building 3
CMC Building 3, officially named 158 Miller Ranch Road Apartments, was completed in 2026 and adds 30 new residential units to the campus.
The building follows a similar design to the first two phases while responding to evolving housing needs with a greater emphasis on two-bedroom units:
18 two-bedroom apartments
12 studio apartments
With the completion of Building 3, the CMC Edwards Campus housing initiative now delivers a total of 102 residential units to the community.

Building 1, officially named 160 Miller Ranch Road Apartments, was completed and placed in service in August 2023. This building features 36 residential units (12 two-bedroom and 24 studio apartments) and is fully occupied by CMC students, faculty, and staff.
