  • You can decide which notifications you would like to receive.

    • All Rental Notifications: Select this to receive an email about every rental opportunity regardless of unit size.

    • Specific Unit Sizes: Select 1-Bedroom Rentals, 2-Bedroom Rentals, or 3+ Bedroom Rentals to receive notices only for those sizes.

    • Accessible Units: Select this optional preference to receive notices about units that may include ADA features. This voluntary choice is for notification purposes only and does not replace the reasonable accommodation process for a specific rental application.

  • When Housing Eagle County shares a rental opportunity, the applicable notification groups will receive an email with information about the opportunity, including available details about eligibility, application instructions, and deadlines.
